Here are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions
How many housekeepers do you send to clean?
Our normal team consists of your Team Leader and a Home Attendant. If special circumstances arise this may change, but we will never send less than two people to your home.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We provide all of our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer our Green Clean or to use your own products, please let the office know beforehand.
Do I need to do anything before my home clean?
There’s no need to pick up before your attendants arrive, but many clients do prefer to maximize cleaning efficiency by doing a quick pick up.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
We’re not finished until you’re happy. If your home isn’t clean to your standards, let us know within 24 hours and take some pictures. We will come make it right.
Can I set an appointment time?
We are unable to set exact appointment times however we will give you a window for the arrival of your Cleaning Team. You will get a text or call when we are on our way.
Can I request the same home attendant each visit?
Yes. You will be assigned a Team Leader who will be your person of contact for each clean. From time to time your Team Leader may not be available, but we will make every effort to send someone who is familiar with your home and preferences.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for a move-out clean?
We do need electricity and water to clean so please make sure your utilities are still functioning. Home should be empty of personal belongings, furniture and most trash.
What won't WeClean teams clean?
For health reasons, our teams will not clean bodily fluids from animals nor humans.
When do you charge my credit card?
We charge all credit cards the day of the cleaning once all work is completed.
How much notice do I need to give to change or cancel an appointment?
Please make changes to your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. If your change or cancellation is less than 24 hours notice, we may charge an $85 late cancellation fee.
How do I stop my service?
Email or call us. You can stop whenever you like.
How do the Housekeepers enter my home?
We ask that you keep a key on file with us. Keys are kept locked and checked out and in on the day of service.
